Before you say 'I do'
Premarital counseling
This is a 12-session premarital counselling course designed to help couples build a sustainable foundation for marriage. It is embedded in the Gottman method and Emotionally Focused therapy. It is an interactive, hands-on course supplemented with several exercises, handouts and at-home activities. This program is unique in that it is modern, holistic, personalized and focuses on sustainable and long-lasting growth for couples.

My name is Astha Sachania
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to people’s stories, to the emotions beneath the surface and the resilience that carries us through. That pull has shaped both my personal journey and my professional path. Over the years, I’ve come to see kindness not just as a value, but as a practice~one that sits at the heart of how I show up in the therapy room. It’s what guides me as I support individuals, couples, and families in making sense of their experiences, strengthening their relationships, and moving toward greater clarity and connection.
